Chairman: Ms. Nafisa Kamal is one of the Board of Directors at Lotus-Kamal Group and Asia Pacific General Insurance Co. Ltd. Ms. Kamal also roles on the board at CMC Kamal Textile Mills Ltd. She had completed her undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
Nafisa Kamal (Legends Sporting Limited), a former owner of obsolete franchise Sylhet Royals and being an enormous sports fan and supporter of promoting various sports in Bangladesh he has been involved in acquiring 100% of the Comilla Victorians for the upcoming third edition of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

The Comilla Victorians were formed when the resolution was made to increase the number of teams as well as retreat state representative teams toward city based teams for the third season (BPL 2015) of the competition. With the refurbish of Bangladesh Premier League there was a scope created for fascinated bidders to bid for Comilla-based franchise to being the second largest city in Chittagong Division. The legal franchise rights were sold to Nafisa Kamal (Legends Sporting Limited), a former owner of defunct franchise Sylhet Royals. The rights were bought at US$27.50 million for five years. During October 2015, Comilla Victorians was officially established, thus becoming the second team to play from Chittagong Division, after Chittagong Vikings.
