The NFL announced that the NFL preseason 2016 match between Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks will be held on Thursday, 25th August, 2016 at 8pm ET. The game will host by Seattle at Century Link Field which will be locally telecast on Q13 FOX and Sirius XM Radio will broadcast the live match coverage.
The week three preseason match between Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks will be a big warm up game before the regular season.
Tony Romo is looking very fresh and stronger during the practice session at last Monday. He will lead Dallas Cowboys very efficiently as they have a strong defensive line.
However, Seattle Seahawks have played a heavy preseason matches from the AFC to NFC 2002. They have a preseason record 15-09 which including 4-0 preseason in 2012-13 schedule.
Stephen Jones the Executive Vice President of Dallas Cowboys has announced the Tony Romo will play for Cowboys against Dolphins on Friday which reported on Newy Scuggs of NBC Sports Radio. NFL Media’s Jane Slater reported that Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott returned to the practice field Tuesday. After successfully completion of practice session Elliot said to media reporters that he will come back to the field next week with “full speed”.
Elliott also said “I’ve never had a hamstring problem before, so this is my first one. I didn’t feel it pop or pull or anything. I just felt it strain, kind of tighten up and that’s why I decided to slow it down because it’s really not worth it going out there and hurting it even more.”
The Seattle Seahawks opener Jimmy Graham returned to practice Wednesday. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said that Graham was the right at the edge of getting back on the practice field on Wednesday. As Graham comes off the PUP list Seahawks could be in full attitude as they try hard to return to the super bowl.
